Shallots, chives, green peppercorn, onion, and bell pepper.

Use as all purpose seasoning.  Great in dips.

1 oz. packet or 4 oz. plastic

Zorro Seasoning

Foods to eat with Zorro Seasoning:

Beef, cheese, chicken, corn, fish, greens, peas, potato, salmon, seafood, spinach, sour cream, tomato, turkey, and vegetables.

Use as substitute for garlic.

Smoked Salmon cheese ball

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese

1 T. Zorro Seasoning

4 oz. smoked salmon

Stir together ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.  Serve with crackers, celery, or use as spread.

To make torte:

Stir in 2 eggs into the above mix.  Pour into cheese cake pan.  Bake in 300° oven for 1 hour.  Let cool for 30 minutes.  Remove from pan; garnish with paprika and chopped green onion.

Steak marinade

1 tsp. Zorro seasoning (per steak)

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 T. bourbon (or beer)

Allow steak to marinade for at least 3 hours before grilling.
