To many my way of catering makes no sense. There should be a list of things and the menu should never change. Most of you know I want people to try my different spices so I mix them into dips. When you read this list realize you can flavor any dip with whatever you want. Many dips can be made plain, but lack the flavor most people are used to. Any of my dips can be made adding things not included on the graph. Ask and you shall receive! Contact me via email or by phone 48 hours before the cater date. I only deliver orders over $100, after I close the shop. 50% of catering costs is due prior to preparation. I always have dips ready in the shop, salsas, lunch box meals, dips, dehydrated fruit, and ready to eat snacks. |
