My Tandoori spice is a mixture of paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic, cayenne, amchur, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, & ajwain. Rub Tandoori on to meat and cook over an intense smoky fire. |

Foods to eat with Tandoori Spice Apples, apricot, beans, beef, breads (savory), cauliflower, cheeses, chicken, cucumber, eggplant, fish, fruit, garlic lamb, mango, meatloaf or vegan meatloaf, mushrooms, onions, parsnips, pasta, pears, peas, pork, potatoes, rabbit, RICE, salads, salmon, seafood, soups & stews, spinach, stuffing (bread stuffing), tomatoes, tuna, turkey, turnips, and vegetables of all sorts. Tandoori recipes Mango Chicken Salad 3 c. cooked cubed chicken 1/2 c. red bell pepper 1 diced onion 4 ribs celery diced 1 c. diced dried mango 1 cup light mayo 2 T. dijon mustard 2 tsp. Tandoori Spice Stir together and refrigerate 1 hour before serving Tandoori Chicken Rub 1 tsp. Tandoori spice per large chicken breast with 1 tsp. oil before baking. |
